BuiltBridge provides a cloud-based business management platform for construction and agricultural businesses. Our services include project management, CRM, invoicing, equipment tracking, and related features as described on our website.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Upload malicious content or code

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to BuiltBridge. We will not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuiltBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
